PENGARUH PENGAWASAN TERHADAP AKUNTABILITAS KPU KOTA KUPANG DALAM PEMILIHAN GUBERNUR DAN WAKIL GUBERNUR NUSA TENGGARA TIMUR TAHUN 2018
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan melekat, pengawasan fungsional, dan pengawasan masyarakat, baik secara individual maupun kolektif, terhadap akuntabilitas Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kota Kupang dalam Pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) tahun 2018. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model regresi berganda dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling terhadap Panitia Pemilihan Kecamatan (PPK) dan Panitia Pemungutan Suara (PPS). Data primer diperoleh dari pengisian kuesioner oleh sampel sebanyak 20 (dua puluh) orang PPK dan 103 (seratus tiga) orang PPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing pengawasan fungsional dan pengawasan masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas KPU Kota Kupang. Secara keseluruhan pengawasan melekat, pengawasan fungsional, dan pengawasan masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas KPU Kota Kupang.
