ANALISIS SISTEMATIK PRAKTIK PEMILU HIJAU DI INDONESIA UNTUK PILKADA SERENTAK TAHUN 2024
Abstract
Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi urgensi implementasi praktik pemilu hijau untuk Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Serentak (Pilkada) 2024. Mengadopsi metodologi tinjauan literatur sistematis berpedoman pada PRISMA 2020, penelitian ini menelaah artikel ilmiah dekade terakhir (2014-2024) dari basis data Google Scholar dan Crossref, dengan tujuan menyajikan rekomendasi yang berbasis bukti untuk mendukung transisi Pilkada menuju praktik-praktik hijau. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pemilu hijau di berbagai negara menghadapi tantangan seperti perlunya kerjasama lintas sektor, kebutuhan akan kesepakatan lingkungan internasional yang mengikat, konflik regulasi lingkungan, perilaku oportunis pembuat kebijakan, dan jejak karbon tinggi dari aktivitas pemilu. Rekomendasi meliputi kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk kurangi sampah kampanye, adopsi Kyoto dan regulasi ala California untuk energi dan emisi, memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi (TI) untuk kesadaran lingkungan, menggunakan carbon offsets, komitmen politik untuk lingkungan pasca-pemilu, sesuaikan kebijakan dengan respons iklim regional, dan kembangkan kebijakan untuk konsumsi berkelanjutan dan dukungan daur ulang dalam politik.
