EFFEKTIVITAS KOTAK SUARA BERBAHAN DUPLEKS PADA PEMILIHAN UMUM SERENTAK TAHUN 2019 DI PULAU LEGUNDI KABUPATEN PESAWARAN

Pemilu adalah salah satu upaya dalam mempengaruhi rakyat secara persuasif (tidak memaksa) dengan melaksanakan aktivitas retorika, hubungan politik, komunikasi massa, lobi dan aktivitas lainnya. Agar terciptanya pemilu yang berkualitas dan berintegritas diperlukannya faktor-faktor pendukung perlengkapan pemungutan suara di antaranya yakni kotak suara. Adapun kotak suara yang digunakan pada Pemilu Serentak 2019 adalah yang terbuat dari dupleks. Kotak suara ini diragukan kualitasnya oleh sejumlah kalangan, lantaran dianggap tidak kokoh sehingga menimbulkan kekhawatiran akan terjadinya kecurangan. Didalam penelitian ini Penulis ingin melihat apakah effektif penggunaan kotak suara berbahan dupleks khususnya di Kepulauan Legundi Kabupaten Pesawaran pada Pemilu Serentak 2019. Mengingat Pulau Legundi merupakan daerah kepulauan yang memerlukan kehati-hatian dalam pendistribusian logistik terutama kotak suara yang berbahan dupleks. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dengan menelaah berbagai sumber data yang diperoleh mengenai penggunaan kotak suara berbahan kardus atau dupleks pada Pemilihan Umum Serentak 2019. Hasil dari penelitian penulis menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan kotak suara dupleks di Pulau Legundi berjalan secara effektif dengan tercapainya indikator-indikator effektivitas yakni pemahaman program, tepat sasaran, tepat waktu, tercapainya tujuan dan perubahan nyata.
